We can upgrade from any version of Plesk to any newer version of Plesk (a small surcharge applies for upgrades from versions earlier than 5.0). After each upgrade is completed we will ensure that all problems we identify, or problems you identify and report to us within the technical support period included in the upgrade plan (3 or 14 days), are fully resolved as quickly as possible.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the updated Plesk licence if required. If you are unsure if this is necessary please contact our sales team for advice. Upgrades on unsupported Linux/Unix distributions may be subject to additional charge or rejected with a full refund.
